New York Times--Robert Emil Heinl--Suddenly on June 17, 1964, beloved husband of Sadie, devoted father of Claire M. Bissell, Robert E. Jr., and Dr. Richard C. Manhasset, N.Y.--Robert E. Heinl, 67, sales manager, Belmont Hosiery Mills, Belmont, N.C., died while vacationing on his boat near here. Mr. Heinl had been with Belmont Hosiery Mills since 1940 and had his office in the Empire State Building. Prior to that he was with Meinhard & Co.
